Nothing is a module you buy later.
The things that are missing from the spreadsheet, and from most portals. All of it is in every price.
Photos from the phone
On a concern, show the QR code, scan it with any phone and the photos come straight from the camera roll. No login, no cable, the page updates itself.
8D form with step timers
One tab per discipline. D3 containment, root cause, corrective actions and closure each have a due date you set; the board goes amber, then red.
8D training for suppliers
A training drawer on the form, one tab per discipline, so a supplier who has never written an 8D learns the method while doing it.
Combined actions
Every 8D action across every open concern, grouped by supplier, with owner and due date. What has been promised, on one page.
AI Brief
Every fortnight: what got better, what got worse, what an auditor would notice, how the portal is being used, and actions with an owner and a date.
Cost of quality
Charges costed against your standard rates, by supplier and by part, in each plant’s currency. The figures on the report are the figures on the dashboard.
Questionnaires you design
Sections, a 10/8/6/4/0 scale, key questions and score bands. Send to all suppliers, a category or a list; scored on return.
Supplier audits
Plan system, process or product audits, score the checklist on the day, raise findings graded Major to Opportunity, and follow the corrective actions to verification.
Documents with expiry
The certificates, contracts and insurance each supplier must hold. Gaps first, expiring next, reminders to the supplier, waivers with a note saying why.
Certificates verified
Record the certificate number, read the file for signs of editing, open the public register. Who checked, and when, is on the record.
Approved list and scorecards
Quality, delivery, overall and certificate ratings side by side, with an arrow for the trend and a six-month scorecard behind each one. It opens on the suppliers you buy from; dormant ones are a tick away.
Supplier map
Where the supply base is, on a map, from the addresses you already hold. UK, Europe, America, World.
Order confirmations
Every firm line confirmed, or a date, a quantity and a reason proposed. Supplier Overview shows who has not answered, by plant.
Delivery performance, OTIF
On time in full per order line, the measure the industry uses. Early and short count as misses; short notice from you is flagged beside the line, never quietly dropped. Every page says how the figure was worked out, so a supplier can reconstruct it.
Order bands you can change
By day, by week, by period: the columns of the schedule as a setting, with a different shape for the supplier who plans differently.
What changed in the schedule
Every feed is kept. Pick a day and see what has moved since, part by part and column by column: pulled in, pushed out, cut. A part whose total stayed the same but whose dates moved says so.
The delivery, drawn
The supplier packs the ASN on screen: each part in its colour, every pallet drawn with its boxes, and the pallet count in large type for the forklift and the lorry.
Odette labels, any printer
The Odette transport label two to an A4 sheet, or the compact A6 label four to a sheet or on a 4-inch label printer. No special software at the supplier.
Every box scanned by phone
No app and no sign-in: the phone opens from a code on the screen, reads each label one pallet at a time, and says what is left on the pallet in hand.
A photo of every pallet
Taken as each pallet is finished, kept with the time and where the phone was. A screen can be scanned; a pallet cannot be faked.
Part labels checked
For a supplier with a mislabelling history: the phone reads each box's own part label too, and a wrong part or quantity is stopped at their dock.
One standard ASN message
JSON, or CSV as a header and a lines file, documented and the same for every customer, waiting at a pick-up point or sent to your SFTP.
Drawings and specs in bulk
Drop a folder of drawings against a part list and the part numbers are read from the filenames. Part numbers paste straight from Excel.
Part approval grid
Submission levels 1 to 5, one cell per document per part, so what is missing is obvious before it is late.
Email waves
One message to a whole group: a re-registration wave with personal links, a reminder, a notice. Test to yourself first; every send is logged.
View portal as a supplier
Open the portal exactly as one supplier sees it, to answer their question before you ring them back.
Training supplier
A sandbox supplier that behaves like a real one and never emails anybody, for practising and for showing a new starter round.
Document library
Your supplier manual, standards and forms in one place. Suppliers press “I have read this”, and you can see who has.
My view
Each person picks the sites, categories and countries they look after. Lists and reports open on that patch, and one click widens to everything.
Settings in plain words
Every setting says what it drives, with its unit and its limits. A change that cannot be undone says what will happen, in words, before it is saved.

See it with your own supply base.
A demo takes forty minutes. Bring a real supplier problem and we will walk it from the concern to the closed 8D, and show you the order book as your suppliers would see it.
