Prices in GBP, exclusive of VAT. Billed annually in advance: one invoice a year for the twelve months ahead, at the monthly rate times twelve. Hosting in Microsoft’s datacentres is included. A plant is a receiving site with its own schedule; discounts are available for more than six. There is no set-up fee, and nothing is a module you buy later. Go-live is included as described on the go-live page; writing the ERP exports themselves is your IT team’s or ERP vendor’s work, because they know your ERP.
The small print on “unlimited”. It covers up to 2,000 supplier companies; above that, the price is agreed with you first. Storage for photos, drawings, PPAP packs and certificates is up to 1 TB per customer, which is several million shop-floor photographs; above that, the same applies.
Continuity. If your procurement team asks what happens to the portal if something happens to us: a software continuity licence is available as a separately priced option. You hold a copy of the source code under licence, to build, run and maintain yourselves if we ever stopped supporting it. Formal third-party escrow can be arranged on the same basis. Ask on the demo.
