What this site keeps about you.
Very little, and only to answer you. This page covers splyhub.com. The splyhub portal your company or your customer uses has its own privacy notice, linked at the foot of every portal page. Updated 4 October 2026.
Who we are
splyhub is made by Emanuel Systems Ltd, Bridgnorth, Shropshire. We decide how the personal data described here is used. To ask anything about it, use the support page.
What we collect, and why
- The support form: your name, work email, company, whether you are a supplier or a customer, and your message. We use them to answer you, and keep them as the record of your request.
- Booking a demo: the booking page is Microsoft Bookings. It asks for your name, email and a time, and Microsoft's own privacy statement applies to it. We use the details to hold the call.
- If we contacted you first: we sometimes write to people at manufacturers about splyhub, using their work contact details from public sources such as company websites and LinkedIn. Every message says how to stop them, and if you ask, we do not write again.
- Visiting the site: our host, IONOS, keeps the usual server logs (the address your browser connects from and the pages it asks for) to keep the site running and safe. We do not use them to follow anyone.
Our reason in each case is a legitimate interest: answering the people who ask us something, and telling businesses about a product they may need.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and has no analytics, advertising or tracking code. Its fonts and images are served from splyhub.com itself, so opening a page does not send your address to anyone else.
Who else handles it
- IONOS: hosts this site.
- Microsoft: runs the booking page, and the system that receives support requests (Azure).
- Our email provider: carries our replies.
We never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
A support request is kept while we deal with it and for up to two years afterwards, as the record of what was asked and answered. Details of people we contacted first are deleted when they ask us to stop, apart from a note that they asked, so we do not write again.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. Ask through the support page. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
